Density's from 32 to 80Kg/m3
Characteristics:
Has excellent thermal conductivity and very high compressive
strength
in relation to other insulation materials.
Can be supplied in sheet or pipe section form, to suit application
requirements.
Has a low level of chlorine.
Is dimensionally stable in the range - 120°C to +120°C.
Is chemically resistant, therefore giving a wide range of lamination
procedures and adhesives (see adhesives).
A high level of closed cell content, insures excellent buoyancy.
Applications:
Thermal Insulation, Buoyancy, Refrigerated/insulated truck bodies, Decorative
designing, Cold room Panels (core).
Higher densities are available for more critical applications, i.e.,
pipe supports, cryogenic, etc.
