Resichem - Overview

Polyurethane foam systems are extremely versatile materials. Consisting of a formulated Polyoland Diisocynate that is mixed together, the reaction producing a foam that flows and fills the cavity. Two basic types of foam are produced - Rigid foams and flexible foams. Rigid foams, being closed cell, have extremely good thermal insulation properties which together with their very good adhesive properties are used extensively in the manufacture commercial & domestic refrigeration, cold room & prefabricated building panels, geysers, cooler boxes, buoyancy applications, imitation wood components to name few.

Flexible foams are open cell products providing excellent comfort and mould ability and are used extensively in automotive and office seating, furniture & bedding, automotive sound insulation, steering wheels & arm rests, air filter casketing, shoe soles etc. At Resichem we have the expertise to formulate systems to suit your imagination and our knowledge of their processing technologies we ensure that these systems perform at their optimum in your application.
